    Lightbulb Up aqua shrimp sand

    I wouldn't waste my money. I bought the acadama soil for my shrimps, but what a mess it makes during cleanings. I've been keeping my shrimpers on peatmoss/soil mix capped with black diamond sand. Then in my more expensive shrimp tanks ( CRS, CBS, & OEBT ) I capped the sand with crushed lava rock. All my shrimpers seem happy, cause they keep putting out those babies.

    I tried this with Blue Pearl Shrimp. I found they bred more. I love this sand, and will use it for all of my shrimp. Not only is it a course sand, the babies love living in it! Recommend

    Never used it. You should post some up-close pics of it.
